All orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL.

2. Shipping Costs 

Netherlands

Orders up to €35 → €4.95 shipping fee

Orders above €35 → Free shipping

 

Belgium

Orders up to €45 → €8.95 shipping fee

Orders above €45 → Free shipping

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your track & trace code.

You can use this code to follow your package via the PostNL website.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once the package has been handed over to PostNL, delivery times are managed by the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
