Return & Refund Policy

At YourStyleBase, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2. How to Return Your Item

Before sending your return, you must contact us at:

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

After approval, you may send your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once you have shipped your return, you must email us the track & trace code.
Returns without a tracking code will not be processed.

YourStyleBase is not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified.

If the returned item meets all return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 working days after receipt of the return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
