Refund policy

You have 14 days to change your mind. No reason needed.

Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after you, or someone you named, received the order. You do not have to give a reason. If your order arrives in more than one package, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

This also applies to sale items.

How to return
1. Let us know within 14 days that you want to return something. Email contact@yourstylebase.com with your order number and the items you are returning. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
2. Send the items back within 14 days after letting us know, to:

The cost of sending the return is yours. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Email us the track and trace code, so you can always show that your return was sent.

Trying items on
You may handle and try on an item the way you would in a shop. Please send it back complete and undamaged, and in its original packaging if you still have it. If an item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to judge it, we may deduct that loss from your refund.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings that are delivered in a sealed package can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. Once you have opened the seal, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to those earrings. Earrings that are not delivered in a sealed package can be returned like any other item. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, faulty or wrong.

Refund
We refund the purchase price within 14 days after you let us know you are returning. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping costs you paid. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items, or until you show proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. You receive the refund via your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Did you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Email contact@yourstylebase.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the shipping costs. Your rights under the statutory warranty always remain, also when you report a defect later.
