We ship every order with care, so it reaches you safely.

Shipping method
All orders are shipped with PostNL. We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping costs
Netherlands
• Orders under €30: €4.95
• Orders of €30 or more: free shipping

Belgium
• Orders under €45: €8.95
• Orders of €45 or more: free shipping

You see the shipping costs at checkout, before you pay.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods this can take a little longer.

Track and trace
Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with your track and trace code. You can follow your package on the PostNL website.

No tracking information within 3 business days? Email us at contact@yourstylebase.com.

Late, lost or damaged packages
Once your package is with PostNL, they handle the delivery. Is your package late, lost or damaged? Let us know and we will sort it out with PostNL. Until your package is delivered, it is our responsibility.

Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. We can often still change an order before it ships. After that, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in our refund policy.
