Terms of service

These terms apply to every visit to yourstylebase.com and every order you place with us. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Biss Digital and you as a consumer. Our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy are part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

3. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real item. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before you pay. An obvious mistake in a price or description does not bind us. If that happens, we contact you and you may cancel your order free of charge.

4. Your order
The agreement is made once you complete your order and we confirm it by email. If we cannot deliver an item, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount you already paid within 14 days.

5. Payment
You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods shown there.

6. Delivery
We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times are explained in our shipping policy. We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel your order free of charge and we refund you within 14 days. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the package has been delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. How this works is explained in our refund policy.

8. Warranty and complaints
Every item must meet what you may reasonably expect from it. This is the statutory warranty, and it always applies. Is something wrong with your item? Email us with a description and a photo. Report it within a reasonable time after you notice the problem; within 2 months is always on time. We reply within 14 days and offer a repair, a replacement or a refund.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of your order. This limit does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and it never limits your rights under the statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer law.

10. Reviews and feedback
If you leave a review, it must be honest and based on your own experience. We may publish reviews on our website and channels. We do not remove reviews because they are negative, but we may refuse reviews that are offensive, unlawful or not about the product.

11. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, designs and logos on this website belong to Biss Digital or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

12. Privacy
We handle your personal data with care and in line with the GDPR. Read how in our privacy policy.

13. Our platform
Our webshop runs on Shopify. Every purchase is an agreement between you and Biss Digital. Shopify is not a party to that agreement.

14. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and every agreement with us. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Do you have a complaint? Contact us first, we would like to solve it together. If we cannot, you may take the dispute to the competent court.

15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order applies to that order.
